Cancellation and Refund Policies
At BOA Base Outdoor Activities, we aim to offer fair and flexible cancellation options for both individual and group bookings. Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Customer Cancellations – Individual Bookings (up to 4 people)
Full refund
You may cancel your participation up to 96 hours (4 days) before the scheduled activity and receive a full refund.
Partial refund
Cancellations made between 72 and 96 hours before the activity may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the logistics and fixed costs of the specific activity (e.g. transfers, accommodation, third-party services already booked).
BOA reserves the right to assess each case based on the nature and location of the activity.
No refund
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity are not eligible for a refund, as guides, logistics and resources have already been allocated.
2. Customer Cancellations – Group Bookings (more than 4 people)
For group bookings of more than 4 participants (corporate groups, schools, clubs):
Full refund
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.
No refund
Cancellations made within 30 days of the activity date are not eligible for a refund due to resource allocation, reservations and third-party service commitments.
For large custom groups, special terms may apply and will be provided in writing at the time of booking.
3. Company Cancellations (by BOA)
If BOA Base Outdoor Activities cancels an activity due to:
- adverse weather conditions,
- safety concerns,
- force majeure or other unforeseen factors,
You will be offered:
- a full refund, or
- the option to reschedule to another available date.
4. Activity Rescheduling
If BOA reschedules an activity and you are unable to attend the new proposed date, you are entitled to a full refund.
Outdoor activities may be impacted by extreme or rapidly changing weather. Safety is always the priority.
5. Minimum Number of Participants
Many activities require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum number is not reached, you will be notified in advance.
You will then be offered:
- a rescheduled date or alternative activity, or
- a full refund.
6. Refund Process and Bank Fees
Refunds are processed at 100% of the refundable amount based on the terms above.
Any banking or transaction fees (credit card, bank transfer, payment provider fees) are not covered by BOA and remain the responsibility of the participant.
Processing times depend on your bank and payment method.
7. Changes and Communication
If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

- suggest alternative dates where possible,
- ensure changes are handled smoothly and transparently.
